AFTRZ.CO Q2 2025 Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The AFTRZ.CO Q2 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of AFTRZ.CO (“Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on March 21st, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on June 30, 2025 (the "Entry Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through two (2) methods:

A. Purchase Entry

For every $1 spent on AFTRZ.CO during the Entry Period, the purchaser will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Purchases must be completed during the Entry Period to qualify. Canceled or refunded purchases will not be eligible for entries.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a handwritten postcard including their full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

Each properly submitted postcard will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope/postcard. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2025, and received by July 7, 2025, to be eligible.

AFTRZ.CO is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

4. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) General Admission (GA) tickets to Hard Summer 2025 in Los Angeles (Approximate Retail Value: $500).

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about July 10, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law).

Failure to respond within the given timeframe or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. GENERAL TERMS

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical malfunctions, lost or misdirected entries, or other errors beyond their reasonable control.

8. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AFTRZ.CO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. PRIVACY

Information submitted with an entry is subject to AFTRZ.CO’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on its website.
